The Company has provided lease funding for a wide range of clients
from blue chip companies and financial institutions, to local government
and NHS trusts.
A particular strength is in helping to provide medium to large
organisations with lease funding more competitively than can be
achieved through the customers own banking arrangements.
Key also works with a small number of supply organisations,
where we provide a full vendor program service.
Key's smallest transaction was a 3 year lease for £295, the
largest was £40 million. It is not the size of the deal that matters,
it is the request we receive from our customer, based upon the relationship
with that customer.

When dealing with customers with assets abroad, there is an even greater
emphasis on the working relationship. Unlike larger organisations that may
refer you to their local office, Key provides one point of contact and goes
out and visits for cost centres in the UK and abroad as required.
New customers, when shown our customer list, inevitably will know a
company on that list, and Key prides itself that all our customers and
banks are references.
